I had a very enjoyable stay with a big individual room equipped with climate control, a private safe, and multi-channel television. the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, close to the airport and the main mall of the area. - Everything was simply great during my recent visit at Viven Hotel in Laoag.

this was my really enjoyable stay during my most recent visit. clean, hip new hotel, i appreciated brand-new rooms and exceptionally nice staff. i booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television. the location was particularly good and magnificent, for example, sinking bell tower was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The place was really clean and the staff here were super helpful and respectful. the room looked brand-spanking-new and had good AC. We especially loved the fresh bathroom with a shower, bidet, and soft bath sheets - such a nice touch! 🚿

The rooms are cozy and have good lighting. the bed is comfortable. - Convenient central location, close to the airport, restaurants, and Robinsons Ilocos Norte mall.

The location of the hotel was convenient for shopping and dining, with Robinson's mall nearby. the rooms were modern and had a good choice of TV channels.

The staff seemed inattentive and unresponsive to the guests' needs.

During our stay at Viven Hotel, we encountered a minor issue with the sheets in our room. However, the attentive staff responded promptly and changed them right away. We appreciated their quick and efficient service.

The rooms, although simple and sparse, met our needs for a one-night stay. We did expect better room conditions for a newer hotel, but it was still acceptable.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, as it was located near a shopping mall and other shops. We had easy access to food and other necessities, and the transportation to and from the city was readily available. the hotel had a fast check-in process, and the staff were always friendly and accommodating. the room was equipped with fast Wi-Fi and cable TV, which were great sources of entertainment. the mattress was thick enough, and the bathroom facilities were new and clean.

It was inconvenient for us to walk up and down stairs, especially since we were travelling with seniors and children. Although the staff helped us carry our bags, it would have been better if we were placed in a more accessible room.

I appreciated the location of the hotel, which was within walking distance to a mall. The room was clean and air-conditioning worked well. I also enjoyed the hot shower and the free wifi.

The staff could use some improvement in customer service. I had some extra requests which were granted but with hesitation and without a smile.

Convenient location in front of a mall with parking and transportation options. Clean facilities with helpful staff and a decent breakfast.
